Shipping Policy

We ship to all states within the United States through our trusted shipping partners, ensuring your coffee equipment, accessories, and supplies arrive in excellent condition at your specified address.

Delivery Times

Our deliveries are made only on business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major cities: 1 to 7 business days

  • Other locations: 3 to 15 business days, depending on the destination

Delivery times may be extended during peak shopping periods such as Black Friday and holiday sales and are subject to availability. Deliveries cannot be scheduled for an exact time and must be made to a secure, specific address such as a home or office.

Delivery time begins once payment has been confirmed. Factors beyond our control, including location, purchase time, and unforeseen circumstances, may impact delivery time.

We will address your concerns as quickly as possible. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, and Saturdays, 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM EST.

Important Information

  • Our payment processing partners must approve each transaction based on data verification.

  • Payments made by credit card or through online banking services may take up to one (1) business day for approval.

  • Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. A separate email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the zip code of the delivery address.

  • We do not cover shipping costs for any orders, regardless of order value. Customers are fully responsible for all shipping fees associated with their purchases.

  • Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on destination, package weight, and size.

  • All shipping charges are displayed before finalizing your purchase, ensuring full transparency.
