Refund & Warranty Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made through https://aromacafetero.com/. Purchases made through physical retail locations or authorized resellers must be returned or exchanged directly with the original seller.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to initiate a return, exchange, or warranty claim for an item purchased online, you may do so by:

Aroma Cafetero reserves the right to approve returns, exchanges, or warranty claims based on product evaluation.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items on sale or promotional discount are non-returnable.

  • Returned or exchanged products must:

    • Include all original packaging, accessories, and warranty stickers.

    • Remain unaltered and in new, unused condition.

Return Window & Process

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges can be made for products of equal or greater value, with the difference paid by the customer. If an exchange is for a lower-priced item, the difference will not be refunded.

  • Inventory availability may affect exchange approvals.

Refund Policy

  • Credit/Debit Card Reversal – processed within 30 business days.

Warranty Policy

At Aroma Cafetero, we stand by the quality of our products.

  • All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date.

  • Warranty claims require an evaluation by our technical team.

  • If a product is repairable, we will repair it; otherwise, we will replace it with an item of the same or similar value.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, customers may receive a store credit valid for 6 months.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is void if:

  • The product was misused, modified, or altered.

  • The product was damaged due to improper use or lack of maintenance.

  • Repairs were performed by unauthorized personnel.

  • The damage results from normal wear and tear.

If a warranty claim is approved, Aroma Cafetero covers the cost of return shipping. If a claim is denied, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Processing Time

  • Refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims will be processed within 15 business days after receiving the product.
