We ship across the United States using trusted carriers to ensure your coffee equipment, accessories, and supplies arrive safely and in excellent condition at your designated address.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times vary based on location:

Major cities and metro areas: Estimated delivery within 1 to 7 business days.

Rural areas: Estimated delivery within 3 to 15 business days.

Peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday or holiday sales): Delivery times may be extended due to high demand and carrier availability.
Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, and shipments must be sent to a valid residential or business address (not P.O. boxes).
Order Processing & Payment Confirmation

Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed.

Payments made via credit card or online payment methods may take up to 1 business day for approval.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date. This information will also be available in your account dashboard under "My Orders."
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the zip code of the delivery address.

We do not cover shipping costs for any orders, regardless of order value. Customers are fully responsible for all shipping fees associated with their purchases.
